In 1935 Bojangles started as a guesthouse offering accommodation and simple but warm hospitality. Over the years the site housed the Teapot Inn (1956 - 1967) and the Centre Restaurant (1967 - 1978). It was after this that the Central Australian icon, Bojangles, began. It inherited its name from Mr Bojangles - the man who dances. When visiting the Alice make Bojangles Saloon and Dining Room a must see and do in your itinerary. We extend you a warm welcome and invite you to look around at and become part of the continuing history. We hope you enjoy the long established tradition of good times, fine food and good old fashioned hospitality.
