The tavern is' born of an old idea in the years following the earthquake in a prefab in a climate of enthusiasm and fun. The sign "Tavern & Kitchen," says the style: glass, eating good even noncommittal, a meeting place. The first 15 years have been a constant evolution. The hot sandwiches and desserts were beginning to build the myth tavern with live concerts, festivals, wine, beer, cooking.
The patrons were groups of friends, someone was confused with the owners.
Gone are the days of Baracca, Osteria moved into an old house in the village, after a long restoration, this one made with the collaborazine friends. While retaining the style of the beginning, the restaurant becomes more restaurants. The winery grows, employees are rising, some friends get older, someone disappears, leaving us here to tell.
