1995 was the year when Qlturhuset for the first time opened the gates. A project called 'Perrongen' would be phased out and the other projects 'Music Hall' had developed both in terms of targeting and local basis. The project 'Perrongen' had had access to the old mill office in the Copper Valley and the then 'Music Hall' was housed in one half of an old barracks near Domarhagsskolan.
